Vindication

A little peace from the guilt-laden moments I spend at my sewing machine feeling like I should be cleaning, cooking, doing laundry. Sewing and creating give me such joy that it feels almost sinful to steal away these bits and pieces of time. And then I open my email and see an order, followed by the excitement of seeing which item someone likes enough to purchase for their sweet things. I love that feeling and hope it never goes away. I can't imagine that it will. It is such a gift to be able to create those tiny little things for others to enjoy. And to you, the ones who read this little place inside my head. You are all so sweet and special. Thanks.
