Biggery! (Concept, check. Vocabulary, still a mystery!?!)
Our book for this week is called 'Yellow Ball'. It follows the journey of a yellow ball from the beach, out to sea, and back again. This morning we were talking about perspective, how the ball looks big when it is close, and how it looks tiny when far away. The book's illustrations are in pastels so we used chalk to draw a ball near and far. He did a great job! (Sorry about the glare.)
