{Two} I have been on an incredible sewing binge over the last week and have an enormous pile of new goodies to photograph and list! Love, love, love that! I can't wait for y'all to see all the new stuff!
{Three} I tried Kraft's new Homestyle Mac & Cheese this weekend. (I think that's what it's called...) Sadly my littles preferred the regular old blue box. What is it about that powdered neon cheese?!
{Four} Yesterday I was listening to Remy tell Halle the Easter story. He was doing fine until he got to the part that went something like this: "Jesus and the Recyclers had a big meal to drink blood.". Then I stepped in. In his defense, 'Disciples' does sound like 'Recycles', and both are words that we use quite a bit around here. I think Jesus & the Recyclers might make a good band name...
{Five} I watched the movie Remember Me this weekend. Oh my goodness, that ending!
So what did y'all do this weekend?
Love that goofy pic! Can't wait to see what you've been creating. I'm sure Presley will have to have some of it. Gearing up to purchase fall/winter clothes. yeah, i hate feeing my kids that powdered cheese mess. But they love it and no matter how I try to make it homemade they'd rather have the processed crap. Jesus and the Recyclers... LOVE IT!
ReplyDeleteoh my goodness... love the pic!!! too cute!! and you know i always thought i was the only one to call is "neon cheese"!! too funny!
ReplyDeleteOh what I laugh...Jesus and the Recyclers and the part about having a meal to drink blood! Love the picture of the kiddos.
ReplyDeleteWas the ending of Remember Me good or bad? I've been trying to decide whether or not to watch :) And I LOVE the "Jesus and the Recyclers" story...moments like that are pricelss. I love hearing those stories after people have grown up...somehow they still always represent the person's personality well!
ReplyDeleteThanks, y'all! 'Remember Me' was fantastic all around~ but Trace and I pride ourselves on being able to figure movies out, and this one was such that neither of us saw it coming. Not good or bad necessarily, just shocking. (I don't want to give too much away...) I'd recommend it!
ReplyDeleteMy hubby and I are living in South Africa and they don't sell Kraft Mac & Cheese here. I have my mom send it to us-when I think about it, the powdered cheese kind of grosses me out. But, it's SUCH a comfort food!
ReplyDeleteYou made me laugh so hard: Jesus and the Recyclers. Love it! I think it is absolutely adorable that he was trying to tell the story, though.
ReplyDeleteI love the picture. It is so cute! They look like they are really enjoying themselves :)
Blessings,
Kate
What cuties!! I don't know what it is about the powdered neon cheese but even I am a fan....and my little Kelcee really is LOL
